About

Hello! I am Allan Hartigan, Husband, Father of 6, and graduate of the University of Toronto Coding Bootcamp. Recently, I decided to fulfil a life-long desire to become a Full-Stack Web Developer. After 20 years in the customer service industry I felt now was a good time for a new adventure!

I’ve always sought out opportunities and challenges that are meaningful to me. Although my professional path has taken many twists and turns — from accounts payable clerk, to customer service representative, to computer hardware trainer, to becoming a team leader — I've never stopped engaging my passion of coding to help others and solve problems.

As a web developer, I enjoy constantly learning new languages, frameworks, and new ways to make it fun. That's why I’m excited to start this new journey with other passionate people like myself.
